Weapon sketch - Shezmu's Pistol

I tried to draw some guns with fantasy style based on my own characters.
This is a pistol that fires congealed "blood".
The body of the gun is made of some kind of stone, with the consumption of ammunition gun body will gradually "melt" into red liquid, and will slowly self-recovery.
The golden pattern on the gun appears to be carved but is actually a natural growth.
